Starting 01 September, fittingly enough, the 2023 Back to Hogwarts Celebration begins. Check your region's lego site for the precise time. US, UK, DE. <- that might matter if you're trying to snag the GWP particularly with a popular purchase (Day One Gringotts, say... 😉)

Four new sets become available to "Insiders" (VIPs) on the 1st. (If you're not registered as an Insider (they rebranded the VIP program for some reason this month), do so prior to ordering. You're not giving them any info they haven't already got by doing so, and you can get freebies and rebates on future purchases.)

76417 the Gringotts D2C, 4803 pieces and 13 minifigs, $429.99, UK £369.99, DE 429,99 €
76419 the nanoscale Hogwarts Castle and Grounds, 2660 pieces and 1 minifig, US $169.99, UK £149.99, DE 169,99 €
76418 the 2023 HP advent calendar, 227 pieces and 6 minifigs, US $44.99, UK £29.99, DE 37,99 €
and 40598 the Gringotts Vault GWP, 212 pieces and 1 minifig

There are at least two GWPs:
30651 the Ravenclaw Quidditch polybag is available with purchases upwards of $40 / £35 / 40 EUR
and 40598 the Gringotts Vault GWP available with purchases upwards of $130 / £115 / 130 EUR.

It's possible they may have some site-wide, non-Harry Potter specific freebies that haven't been announced yet. As the GWPs tend to stack, that means you could get more than one or two with qualifying or purchases, just keep an eye out. Since they ditched the store calendars, it's gotten a lot more difficult to come by that information.

When to buy and what:
As always, if there are lego store exclusives (like the D2Cs or the BrickHeadz) or semi-exclusives like the Hogwarts Express, you're not likely to get them elsewhere cheaper, so taking advantage of the GWP with these sets is usually your best bet. The double VIP points (Insider) deals are a difference of roughly 5% of the purchase price off of a future purchase. Generally you can sell the GWP sets in the very short term on ebay for far more than that 5% difference in rebate is worth, and the lego exclusive sets tend to do well on ebay, too, but know your local market before pulling the trigger on purely speculative purchases.

There will also be two Banner bundle packages with 20% discounts when either bundle is purchased. Unfortunately these echo the BrickHeadz pairings (Harry & Cho / Gryffindor & Ravenclaw and Draco & Cedric / Slytherin & Hufflepuff), and coincidentally (I'm sure) neither of those bundles reflects what is safe to assume is the most popular pairing: Gryffindor / Slytherin. (Go Snakes!)

Coming attractions:
At present we also know of a few sets that are expected to appear next winter, most likely another March release, but some have appeared as early as 01 January before. As some of the other themes already have names to accompany the basic (set number, price, piece count) information, it's possible they'll make the set names available Friday as well. We shall see... As a reminder, this is the information we have so far, sorted by price:

76424: $14.99 (165 pcs)
76425: $19.99 (337 pcs)
76432: $29.99 (172 pcs)
76426: $37.99 (350 pcs)
76430: $44.99 (364 pcs)
76428: $74.99 (896 pcs)
76429: 18+ $99.99 (561 pcs)
and 30677 is the Harry Potter polybag
