lego Harry Potter Brickheadz and the minifig lineup for Summer 2023

As previously mentioned, we're getting three Brickheadz sets in the lego Harry Potter theme this summer:

40616 Harry & Cho $19.99 | 267 pieces (10+) and yes, they are in their Gryffindor and Ravenclaw Quidditch robes. (Full points for me, but it fit so nicely with the release of the Quidditch trunk this summer, I just couldn't picture anything else.)



40617 Draco & Cedric $19.99 | 262 pieces (10+) in their Slytherin and Hufflepuff Quidditch robes.



40618 Kinglsley Shacklebolt & Nymphadora Tonks $19.99 | 250 pieces (10+) And as expected, these Brickheadz have absolutely nothing to do with Quidditch and are not in their House uniforms. 😆 without further ado, here is our intrepid Auror team:

Awesome detail pix on minifigs!!! Honestly not a big BHz fan, so probably not for me, but interesting to see how your prognostications always reach fruition... I point out the possible relation to Cassandra, avoiding entirely the Sybil connection (or the cooking sherry addiction).

Well in terms of pure floofiness it's either Sybill or Hagrid, so... Isn't cooking sherry on your side of the pond depressingly alcohol-free? lol

Aside from the inclusion of some of the characters themselves, I quite like Scabior's design, Bella's arms and Neville's red-free cardigan in BoH, the arm printing on Harry (nice little improvement) and Lupin's torso in EP, and that Hermione is in that little skirt piece with the stocking printed mini legs again in HE. It looks like Romilda is one of the new skin tones, too. (I wish I could tell them apart without the colour chart. I was good with four, but since they've increased them to six... It really depends on the render.) But! Matching hands on her, the Owl Post Worker, and Lee, so that's 3 characters where we don't have the dreaded "gloves" solution employed. Here's hoping we see more of that moving forward.
