For a polybag, it's alright. The sweater is neutral enough. Give Harry a different head and hair pieces, and you've got another character for the pitch. Off the top of my head, it matches Oliver Wood in the new Flying Lesson set, a few others, potentially representing different houses, wouldn't go amiss.
Sure, it's not the most charming polybag we've had, but it's not the worst either, and I think this is the first in the theme that has two minifigs, which is pretty good for the format. I do like extra useable parts (or the chocolate frog cards), but it's not like the polybags ever gave us so many of those, so... Plus it does offer the nice play feature of using the statue and its swords as a goal and allowing kids to shoot goals.
