My bet would be sticking a train between two walls, open towards the front, possibly the top (but then it gets dusty), and if they're clever it opens so you can see the walls better, because if you're paying for pieces to build them, it should depict something. Four options are good possibilities for the walls, I think. 9 3/4, the scene with the Ford Anglia chasing the Express, the scene with the Dementors, or Hogsmeade station, of which the first two seem the most likely, although it's not unlikely they'll only do one location.
