If you mean the things that have a sort of fluff in between strips, I always worry the fluff will snag parts. My answer is a previously emptied dustbuster of sorts that you can set the suction on. I take a makeup brush to the lego first, dust like you were fingerprinting the scene, move the model and vacuum the space. Then I double check that it hasn't sucked up something after all, although there shouldn't be because I moved the model and should have seen any if there were some. The makeup brush doesn't hold things the way the Swiffer fluff might. I know some people work with a stocking over the vacuum nozzle, but I haven't tried it.
