That is going to be so much fun to fix up! All the tiny metal items are fascinating, like the pram, etc. Bunnies everywhere! We used to have rabbits many years ago, they are truly unique personalities when hand raised.
I absolutely adore making tiny things, got hooked as a kid making dioramas. Hand carved .5 inch tall candlesticks out of random twigs, then melted crayons to make tiny actual candles. Favorite was creating a Blacksmith's, mainly because of the awesome tools & of course the horses. Built a wagon, and the structure was build out of branches, almost "Lincoln Log"-esque.
