Owl Post tower — well it made no sense as part of the Hogsmeade Station, and there wasn't an extra set it could have / should have been rumoured in the pipeline, and there wasn't an extra blue tag / label visible, so it was the only thing that made sense. QED 😉
I'm taking the WWW set as a hint of potential things to come, and will be more relaxed about the Gringotts set due out later this summer if it isn't exactly what I like, especially at that price (yikes). The affordable WWW variant, for me, is a sign that — if the theme continues — we'll see different versions of pretty much everything to meet all kinds of budget (and space) restrictions.
Personally I'm hoping they'll also go back to more pricey variants of single shops and let people build their own shopping streets / villages to match the DA set.
As they're including Voldemort, Bellatrix, and Scabior, I think they're just avoiding dead heroes in sets, and in that light, it's kind of nice they included Snape in that category (tumblr has certainly taught me not everyone gets that he wasn't a bad guy).
