It appears to be from promotional material sent to stores and affiliates, where several of the same images have been used in a variety of configurations and at least two potential campaigns. We definitely have 'Back to Hogwarts' and 'Happy Birthday, Harry' material. The first segment below comes from a South American ad celebrating Harry's birthday, and contains no spoilers (the same can't be said of the Back to Hogwarts posters below the fold from a Chilean lego store, if you'd care to avoid them):
