There's a Harry Potter themed Gift with Purchase rumoured to accompany purchases upwards of $100 in Harry Potter lego from 25 October - 07 November. Set number 40452 the Gryffindor Dorm Room, no word yet on the number of parts. It's expected to include Harry and Ron minifigures.
